Malla & Malla Stock Broking Co. Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 11), is one of the licensed stock broker of Securities Board of Nepal and active member of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). It was established in 2054-04-14 BS (1997-07-29 AD), under company act with the objective of providing excellent brokering services to the clients.

Malla & Malla Stock Broking Co. offers Online Trading through Trade Management System (TMS). Users can place buy/sell orders through TMS, load collateral and other trading functions online. Place buy and sell order online through TMS that can be accessed from computer, smartphone and tablet.



Step by step process of creating TMS account or broker account

Step 1:
KYC र Agreement form को लागि यो लिंक : https://www.mallastock.com/downloads मा गएर download गरि सम्पूर्ण विवरण भर्नुहोस् र आबस्यक कागजात को फोटो खिची PDF Format मा परिबर्तन गर्नुहोस ।
Step 2:
यो वेबसाइट : https://www.mallastock.com/ को Register Now मा Click गर्नुहोस् ।
Step 3:
फर्ममा उल्लेखित सम्पुर्ण विवरणहरु ध्यानपुर्वक भर्नुहोस् ।
Step 4:
सम्पुर्ण विवरण तथा वास्तविक कागजपत्र (Original document) हरु PDF Format मा Upload गरि Terms and Conditions ध्यान पुर्वक पढ्नुहोस् र Submit गर्नुहोस् ।
Step 5:
Submit गरिसके पछि तपाईले TMS Username/Broker ID को लागि kyc@mallastock.com मा ईमेल अथवा फोन गरि जानकारी गराई दिनु होस् । तत्पश्चात् इमेल मा TMS11 बाट TMS Password Reset लिंक आउने छ। Username प्राप्त गरेको २४ घण्टा भित्र Reset Link नआएमा ( https://tms11.nepsetms.com.np/forgot ) मा गएर Forgot Password मा click गर्नुहोस।
